Edna Y. Marín Ramos

Edna Y. Marín Ramos is the Director of Compliance at Carelon Global Solutions Puerto Rico. Edna is an established leader in the healthcare industry, bringing 22 years of experience in insurance, compliance, and government management.

Using her extensive knowledge of Medicaid, Medicare Advantage and accountable care organization (ACO) programs, Edna knows how to navigate complex contractual and compliance matters. She is responsible for managing the federal government’s second-largest budget allocation to Puerto Rico to help serve a vulnerable population.

Prior to coming to Carelon, Edna held compliance leadership roles at TripleS, Medical Card System Inc., Puerto Rico Department of Health, and Molina Healthcare of Puerto Rico. She also served as the executive director of Puerto Rico’s Health Insurance Administration.

Edna received her bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Sacred Heart University.
